Job Description ROLE The Digital Marketing Director will help develop and maintain marketing campaigns through Email, SMS, Native, and Social Media channels for all company owned and operated websites.
The candidate will be expected to manage the internal media team to hit department goals, identify top performing campaigns and list segments, and manage key service provider relationships.
He/she must have online experience, strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and take initiative to learn and pioneer new marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES oManage the internal media team to create, deliver and optimize, e-mail, SMS, native and social media campaigns.
oCreate monthly and yearly targets by channel to manage the team goals.
oProvide regular analytics and optimize performance on a daily basis to ensure client KPIs and profitability goals are achieved.
oManage key service and platform provider relationships.
oCommunicate results to all executives and other marketing teams to help replicate and perpetuate success.
oHire and train a team of media buyers and document all processes end to end.
QUALIFICATIONS oStrong organizational, verbal, written and in-person communication skills are required.
oKnowledge of KPIs such as Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Click, and Cost Per Lead.
oExperience utilizing email service providers, SMS, native and social media channels to market products and services.
oDeep understanding of media buying platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, MGID, Facebook, and Google Display Network.
oFamiliarity with monetization paths such as:
System1, Tonic, Sedo, Media.
net, Domain Active.
oHas previously managed at least six-figure monthly media spend budgets, driven by performance KPI's.
oDeep knowledge of MS Office and Google Applications; specifically expertise in spreadsheet management.
oAbility to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.
oMust be able to work independently and drive results and performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
