Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Knowledge of computer and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying - Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable - Utilize computer software and systems for various tasks, such as order entry and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- 3
years previous experience as a receptionist, experience as a receptionist for a law firm is mandatory - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note:
