Job Responsibilities include:
Monitor and manage department inboxes Enter/post invoices Organize, scan and file vendor paperwork Organization & attention to detail a must Match vendor paperwork to checks issued/cut checks/ACH payments Contact affiliate partners weekly (via email and phone) to obtain missing invoices Assist in applying vendor payments Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and the transmission to vendors Reconcile credits Provide customer support to clients via phone and email as necessary
Qualifications:
Background Expected Of The Entry Level Admin (Payables) position 2
years' experience Software experience, MS office( excel, word) Strong communications skills (written/verbal) and diligent with follow up Work Location:
